Here is a guide to wash some kinds of fruits and vegetables:
Berry and wine
Wash with cold water and drain. Do not soak the fruits of this kind because it will make it broken. Remove fruit that looks rotten to avoid the spread of microorganisms.
Green leafy vegetables
Remove leaves that look damaged, then soak the leaves for a minute or two. If you want to remove bacteria, add a little vinegar in the marinade and then wash.
